This is a wiring diagram over how you can make your own controller for a wiper motor from a '00 - '02 Camaro. You will need some electronic skills to put it together, like soldering. I have it on my car and it works great.

Here you can read about my discbrake conversion on my 1969 Camaro. This setup was later updated with a HydraTech booster. Braking performance is awesome and people who has driven the car are more than impressed.

Artikel om hur man byter till Corvette C4 bromsar runt om på en 69:a Camaro, detta passar även till Chevelle 68-72 och Nova 68-74. Bromskraften är imponerande bra med detta, kräver en regbesiktning om det ska vara rätt.

Subframe connectors

The first generation Camaros really need to be stiffened up in the body. Since it has a subframe in the front there is a weak section aft that subframe. The idea is that you should connect the front subframe with the rear frame that is part of the body

Guldstrand modification

There are no translations available.

I did the Guldstrand modification to get better geometry in the front suspension. I decided to do it the "other" way i.e. cutting the A-arm mounts in the lower part and welding them back again. The reason for this is that it will look like the original and still be as strong as possible.

C4 Rearbrakes

There are no translations available.

The old musclecars had drumbrakes in the rear, it is a good setup for normal driving. But if you will be driving your car hard and do a lot of hard braking repeatedly you need discbrakes. Chevrolet used discbrakes in the rear for the performance cars like the Corvette and Camaro. The setup we use here is for the C4 Corvette but the same kind was also on the LT1 Camaros from 1989 to 1997.

C4 Frontbrakes

Installation of Corvette front discbrakes are quite simple to do on a Chevrolet that has drumbrakes or even stock discbrakes. For the 67-69 Camaro, 64-72 Chevelle and 68-74 Nova chverolet used the same spindle, they were slightly different. They all had bolted on steeringarms so a Chevelle spindle could be used on a Camaro if you just changed the steeringarms.
